Meet The Partners: Mylia

About Adecco (Mylia)
Adecco Formazione, operating under the brand ‘Mylia’, is one of Italy’s largest training providers and a wholly owned brand of The Adecco Group. Since 2001, it has offered comprehensive services in orientation, higher education, and continuing education. Mylia acts as a reference point for the analysis, advice, and implementation of growth and competitive projects, using a methodological approach based on innovation.
What is their role in the DS4Skills project?
In this project, Adecco (Mylia) is leading Use Case 3: Human Soft Skills Assessing Automation. The use case leverages the skills data space to feed various data sources, such as skills maps, personal career information, and personal competencies, into an analytics service. This service will evaluate skills mismatches and provide tailored learning pathways to improve role capabilities.
The objectives of this use case are to interconnect part of Mylia’s training offer, including EU-funded training pilots and Management Courses, to provide a comprehensive training offer through the data space services. It will also add a new evaluation service to address skills mismatches, specifically in strategic and critical thinking for tech adoption, complementing Mylia’s existing training programs. Furthermore, by integrating various data sources, the use case will forecast industry-specific or role-specific skills demands and facilitate personalized learning experiences.
