What is their role in the DS4Skills project?
As leaders of WP2 (Data Space for Skills governance, business, and alignment approaches) and WP6 (Sustainability and Synergies with existing initiatives) in the DS4Skills project, Prometheus-X excels in designing sustainable business models and creating comprehensive governance frameworks for data spaces. With strong experience in deploying data space use cases and coordinating technical efforts, Prometheus-X plays a key role in setting up the Data Space Governance Authority (DSGA) and defining monetization strategies. Their expertise in market analysis and stakeholder engagement ensures that business models are validated and aligned with market needs, supporting the project’s long-term economic sustainability. Additionally, they play a vital role in WP3 (Data Space for Skills maintenance and monitoring), supporting use case leaders in deploying their use cases, while leveraging building blocks and technical components from Prometheus-X to ensure successful implementation.
