What is their role in the DS4Skills project?

In this project, Scheer is leading Use Case 4: Data Supported Recruiting, Upskilling and Reskilling. The main goal is to enhance L&D and HR processes through data-driven, skill-based management. This involves optimizing recruitment, upskilling, and workforce planning by integrating advanced data and AI tools. 

The use case includes key functionalities such as skill mapping, gap analysis, career path recommendations, and recruitment optimization. It also ensures privacy-compliant data processing and seamless integration with existing Learning Management systems. This approach allows organizations to make informed, strategic L&D and HR decisions for workforce development and adaptability. Through this work, Scheer and partners are aligning with the EU’s goals by bridging skill gaps, supporting employment, and accelerating digital transformation through data-driven innovation, all while maintaining high standards of data protection and interoperability.
