6.0 Core Components (Infrastructure Services)

What services enable governance? These services (Catalog, Contract, Consent) are hosted by a trust platform (e.g., VisionsTrust) and are essential for authorizing all exchanges.

Core components constitute the key infrastructure of the ecosystem, and enable its effective governance. They cannot be understood as simple isolated technical services, but as mechanisms that convert governance rules into automated digital processes. These services (Catalog [6.1], Contract [6.2] and Consent [6.3]) are operated by a Trust Platform, like VisionsTrust. This guarantees its operational neutrality, its continuous availability, registry integrity and alignment with regulatory compliance frameworks.

In structural terminology, all exchanges that happen within the ecosystem are determined by predefined rules. A governed data space cannot exist without these components, being neither interoperable nor legal, because this layout articulates the treatment’s discovery, legally formalization and legitimacy.
